Day 4 - Relax

How much time within the day do you take to actually relax, I mean really relax? No telephone, no computer, just taking time out to clear your head.

Within society today we have so many distractions which make it impossible to actually relax, so I put it to you, from here forward take time out of your day, even if it means putting it into your diary, to turn the phone off, switch the television off (not just on standby) and spend some time within your mind, clear all of your thoughts and RELAX.

Quick Tip: If you are as lucky as I am living in the beautiful Cirencester, the heart of the Cotswolds, why not leave your mobile phone at home and go for a peaceful walk, that way you get the benefit of getting outside and also the added calorie burn.
