Through out the next five days I will be posting daily tips/challenges to help you start the NewYear and NewYou in the most healthy pro-active way possible.
Day 1: Increase 'WATER' intake by an extra 1litre a day
The extra water will re-vitalise the body, detoxify the liver and seeing as the body is made up of 99% water will help with recovery, hydration is key.
Quick Tip: Make sure you drink 1pint of 'WATER' before breakfast this will help you get closer to your new quota of fluid intake and will also give the brain a rush of energy setting you up ready for the day.
