Hi guys,
So over the last few weeks I have been looking into and studying weights training for women, this is a topic which comes up in convocation allot with my female clients, 'if I use weights will I get bulky?' 'Will I look more masculine if I start weights training?', this comes up all of the time.
Through out the last year 'Marks and Spencer' have conducted a survey of what women want from clothes throughout the summer, the number 1 concern for women was to have sleeves on dresses, with this i have come up with my top exercises for women to 'Banish BingoWings':
1# Triceps Dips
2# Bosu Close Grip Press-Ups
3# Bent Over Triceps Extension
4# Lying Triceps Extension
5# Band Assisted Kickbacks
