Too many people keep all of the fitness training within a gym environment, it is my belief that we should use our fitness, go out there and play sport, join a team and start a new hobby, all of which have greater added benefits than just getting a good all round workout, you will increase your social network, unwind from stresses of work and also maybe find you enjoy something which you haven't tried before.
