Taking your training outside in the winter months to most seems like hell, but for myself I cannot think of anything better than running trail on a beautiful fresh, crisp winter morning. Living in ‘Cirencester’, the heart of the ‘Cotswolds’, I am extremely lucky to have an abundance of running trail to train ‘Personal Training’ clients, either it be steady state distance work to get those extra miles in or hill work around the steep ‘Stroud’ valley, there is something for all abilities, not to forget the friendly wildlife you may encounter along the way.
