012.1 Training in the COVID-19 isolation.
With the COVID-19 isolation now in full swing, and people all over the UK exercising from home with limited or no equipment, here are my top seven ways to get through training in quarantine.
. Stop bouncing around your living room for exercise. You wont endure this style of training long term. If you don’t normally train like this don’t start now. However, if you do normally keep fit like this maybe its time to rethink what you’re doing.
. Train all of your muscles fairly and with some purpose. You can hit all of your muscles with little to no kit, furthermore, still work towards your goals.
. Exercise with appropriate muscle training frequency; don’t just work the same body part every day. Give time to rest and recover.
. Eat well but within your needs. If you are now moving less than customary, maybe look at reducing those calories to match your new output. https://www.apexathletic.co.uk/post/008-cirencester-personal-trainer-how-to-calculate-fat-loss-calories
. Get out for bike rides and walks whilst we still can.
. Don’t allow greed to engulf you, there is no need to bulk buy, leave some for those with less.
. Help other, however small the gesture, and finally, stick to the rules.
Enjoy.
