Here is that legendary workout.

Push-ups – 25 / 50 REPS

Dips between chairs – 20 / 50 REPS

Rows between chairs – 30 / 50 REPS

Sit-ups – 30 / 100 REPS

Bent-leg raises – 25 / 50 REPS

Bent-over twists – 25 / 50 REPS

Knee bends (squats) – 25 / 50-75 REPS

Calf raises – 25 / 50 REPS

Beginners should pick the lower repetition ranges and the more advanced exercisers should go with the higher numbers.
