This is a very simple fitness principle and a very effective way of living.
If you want to become good at something just DO MORE, be it a musical instrument, learning a new language or a fitness method.
Try this for the next month, every morning when you wake up perform 50x bodyweight squat, you can break them up however you like but make sure to perform 50x before breakfast, over the course of the week you would have done 350x squats, thats 1400x in one month.
Think about it. Keep it simple and just DO MORE!
