Heres our three step guide to get you moving.
- Make small changes.
Don't try to cut everything out and be a hero. The only real way to get lean and fit is to take control of your food/exercise. Clear junk out of your cupboards because you don't need that any more. Go food shopping, get healthy ingredients, start to plan your week. You might prep your meals the night before so its set and you don't have to eat takeaways.
- Take regular exercise.
10, 15 or 30minutes a day, four or five times a week. It doesn't seem like a lot but you can get really good results and feel great. Once you do 10minutes your going to feel better and its a cumulative effect - you'll make a better breakfast that day, you won't eat a takeaway, you might drink water instead of that fizzy drink. Getting going is difficult but momentum will carry you the rest of the way and if a the gym isn't your thing go for a brisk walk around you local park, local to us you have two options the Abbey Grounds in the centre of Cirencester or the Bathurst Estate, both beautiful in there own right.
- Sensible and disciplined.
If your serious about burning fat and getting into shape, you've got to be a little bit sensible, a bit disciplined. You can drink but don't over do it on the weekend because you won't want to train, you won't want to eat well, you won't sleep well and it has a knock on effect.
