Why should you join the 5am club?

Most of us only ever see one five o'clock and that is in the evening, most are asleep blissfully unaware of the wider world, in deep sleep waiting for the alarm to shock us into the walking world a good hour or two later.

But here are our top reasons why you should join the 5am club:

. More energy

It has been proven that the body has the most energy after prolonged rest, so it makes sense to say that after 7-8hours of sleep you will be at your most energised in the morning, yes we understand the first 5-10minutes are going to be hard but get through the eye rubbing and stretching phase and you will feel ready to hit the day.

. You get peace

Not allot of people are around/awake at 5am, so it gives you chance o have some quiet time, relax and enjoy the peaceful period.

. Always on time

Being up early allows for that extra time to catch up, get work done and make sure that you aren't rushing around later due to the lack of time.

. You'll be happier

Studies have proven that the early risers are in general 48% happier than those who wake up later, simple.
